Program Fees
Law Enforcement Management and Police Supervision:
Registration for each program is $535.00 per person.
Best Practices: Managing Use of Force and Emergency Vehicle Operations:
Registration for this program is $475.00 per person.
Value Package:
Registration is $875.00 per person for those attending both
Best Practices: Managing Use of Force and Emergency Vehicle Operations and either Law Enforcement Management or Police Supervision (a savings of $135.00 per person).
Additional Savings:
Deduct an additional $60.00 per person per seminar if
payment is received at least 15 days prior to seminar. Deduct an additional $60.00 per person per seminar for groups of three or four. Call for groups of five or more.
Program fees include: All instructional costs, program materials, and refreshment breaks. Registration will not be guaranteed without payment or purchase order received in advance of seminar. Make checks payable to Thomas and Means.
Program Hours
Programs will begin at 8 a.m. except for Track C, which begins
at 1 p.m. on Wednesday. Programs will end by 4:30 p.m. except on their final day, when they will end by noon.

Refund and Substitution Policy
A refund, less an administrative fee of $75.00 per person, will be issued upon receipt of a written request at least 10 business days prior to a program. No refunds will be made for a cancellation received less than 10 days in advance. We will gladly apply a registration fee to any of our future programs or products. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event of program cancellation by Thomas and Means, we will refund or credit your registration fee(s). We will reimburse any non-refundable, non-changeable airline ticket. And, of course, we will notify you well in advance.
