Road Officer’s Guide to Criminal Interdiction

Criminal Interdiction is a technique being employed by law enforcement officers nationwide to interdict criminals as they travel our streets and highways. This program will assist the patrol/drug enforcement officer to identify, detect, and apprehend criminals in-transit. The fundamental aspects of motor vehicle drug interdiction will be emphasized and the key elements of interdiction stops (subject/vehicle indicators, search and seizure techniques and law, concealed compartment identification, and officer safety) will be discussed.
