Paul Whitesell, Ph.D.

Superintendent of the Indiana State Police and full-time law enforcement officer for more than thirty years with state and local agencies, Dr.Whitesell is also services to hundreds of agencies, including many of the largest and best in the country. Primary legal and risk management instructor for the IACP, he has been a featured speaker at many of its national conferences and at multiple annual conferences of the FBINAA and PRIMA. He will be the featured presenter on Best Practices in Law Enforcement Training at the 2008 annua l conf e r enc e of the Int e rna t iona l Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association. a Ph.D. licensed psychotherapist. A former close combat instructor for the Marine Corps, he was inducted into the
Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2002. He teaches officer survival and well-being internationally.
