David S. MacAlpine

David MacAlpine is the President and a co-founder of the B-PAD Group, a California company that produces and distributes video-based personnel selection tests for law enforcement and other public safety agencies. He is responsible for developing B-PAD’s assessment tests and providing training for their customers. Mr. MacAlpine spent two years as senior consultant at Wolf-Corey, Inc., a consulting psychology firm that specializes in personnel assessment and organizational change programs; his duties there included management assessment, conflict mediation, and TQM implementation. He has over a decade of experience in human resources work, and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Claremont Graduate School.
