Dennis L. Conroy, Ph.D.

Dr. Conroy is a 24-year veteran of full-time urban policing and is also an active clinical psychologist. He has many years experience as a patrol officer, patrol supervisor, juvenile officer, and vice/narcotics investigator. He has also served his department as Director of its Professional Development Institute, Director of Field Training, and Director of the Employee Assistance Program. He is co-author of a highly acclaimed book on police stress and is an expert in anger management, conflict resolution, and tactical communications.
